Table Top
- Core shall be ¾" thick, exterior glue plywood with .030" phenolic backer bonded to the bottoms as a moisture barrier. Laminate top is WilsonArt® horizontal grade .050 high-pressure laminate for superior abrasion resistance. Meets or exceeds NEMA specifications.
- The standard edge shall be an abrasion-resistant vinyl bullnose molding with barbed "T" inserts into a routed groove in the solid plywood core top. It shall be held in place with nails driven from the underside, spaced 10"-12" apart.
Top Support
- Table tops are supported with a 16 gauge, 1 13/16" deep formed steel channel apron. orners are rounded for safety, and apron is securely fastened with screws every 8-10". No apron on pedestal tables.
Leg Assembly
- Table legs are made of 16 gauge, 1" diameter steel tubing. An upper horizontal tube rotates within two 16 gauge steel saddle clips to move the legs into the open or closed position. Legs lock in place with an easy opening gravity spring lock and are capped with non- marking plastic glides. Standard height shall be 30". Pedestal tables assemble with steel tapered column inserted in to a K-plate and base.
Metal Finish
- All metal parts are treated for corrosion resistance and paint adhesion, then finished with a baked on epoxy powdercoat. The result is a high quality decorative finish that offers superior resistance to abrasion, marring and scratching.
