Commercial Outdoor Deep Fryers

Freshly Fried Food Is Everywhere with Commercial Outdoor Deep Fryers

Commercial outdoor deep fryers are mobile cooking equipment designed mainly for outdoor use. Battered shrimps, chicken wings, nuggets, or french fries are very practical and highly demanded dishes at special events. Preparing and transporting them from catering kitchens to event venues is an issue for off-site caterers. Commercial outdoor fryers remove this limitation and enable you to serve fried products hot and fresh at open-air parties, weddings, fairs, or other special occasions.

3 Key Considerations For Buying Commercial Outdoor Deep Fryers

• Gas Type: Commercial outdoor deep fryers are powered with natural or propane gas. Natural gas models will need a gas line to connect your fryer: no need to carry propane tanks. If a gas line is not accessible, you can prefer commercial outdoor propane deep fryers. These models connect to propane tanks through special hoses, so they are completely self-contained and portable units. The auto-shutoff feature ensures safety by cutting off the gas flow when they heat up to extreme temperatures.
• Tank Quantity: Commercial outdoor fryers have single-well models for low production demands and tighter spaces. They can accommodate twin fry baskets. Double-well models house two separate oil tanks for larger production capacity. They also allow frying multiple products without flavor transfer.
• Cooking Capacity: In fryers, cooking volumes are often specified as the fat capacity for each oil tank. If you purchase a double-well outdoor fryer, each with a 40-lb fat capacity, you can fry 60-80 pounds of food items per hour.

Two large wheels with lockable casters and a stainless steel handle make maneuvering a commercial outdoor deep fryer easier.
