- CONSTRUCTION: Cabinet-frame is constructed of 304SS for durability and easy cleaning. Stainless steel fry tank. (2) Two locking casters combined with (2) two 13 wheels for easy transport across rough terrain.
- CONTROLS: Thermostat - 200°F to 400°F, automatic standing pilot with 100% safety shut off and built in pressure regulator, high limit control for back-up safety, reliable brass burner valves. Optimal pressures are 4˝ WC for natural gas and 10˝ WC for propane. Manifold size is ¾˝ NPT. All controls are tested and confirmed in good working order.
- BURNERS: Cast iron burners each rated at 31,000BTU’s. Model CS-ODF-1 has (3) burners and model CS-ODF-2 has (6) burners.
- TANK: Easy cleaning, corrosion resistant stainless steel tube type tank for maximum surface heat transfer. Built in flue deflector. Deep cold zone allows food particles to sink below tubes reducing shortening breakdown and taste transfer as well as extending the life and quality of fryer shortening. Large diameter ball valve for quick draining. 304 Stainless tank cover included to reduce air and dust exposure to oil overnight (not for holding oil in tank during transport).
- BASKETS: Two heavy duty, nickel plated wire baskets with coated handles. Easy cleaning removeable hangers firmly suspends loaded baskets out of frying vat.
