Multilevel function, defrosting function, SD CARD with tutorial videos and USB door for HACCP data download, multipoint core probe (4 reading point). Optional: EvoCloud, Tubes and cables kit, Led light, Sterilizer, Tracer, Supervisor, Wi-fi probe, Hot probe. Trolleys not included.

Afinox Blast Chiller/Freezer for pass-through trolleys, roll-in, capacity: (2) GN1/1 trolleys, 6 EN (European Norm) 400x600 mm trolleys and (1) GN2/1 trolleys (not included), to be connected to an external condensing unit (not included), Rapid Blast Chill capacity of 440 lbs. from a cooked temperature of 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, and shock freeze 385 lbs. from 194°F to -0.4°F in 240 minutes, includes 2 stainless steel ramps, SD card with tutorial videos and a USB port for HACCP data download, multipoint core probe (4 reading points), automatic cold/frozen holding, and a left-hinged door (standard), 9" touch control system, Available cycles (automatic and manually customizable) include Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Thawing, Combination Cycles, Multilevel Function, and Defrosting Function, removable electrical panel, runs with R449A refrigerant gas (R448A) or, for an additional cost, with CO2, Stainless steel AISI 304 construction
