Uniworld UGT-MB24 Broiler Top
General Info and Purpose
These broiler tops fit most commercial ranges. MB12 is designed for 2-burner while the MB24 is for 4-burner and both feature a removable grease tray and adjustable frame. Our unique broiler design will not drip grease down on burners. Most juices burn off on the flare pan giving food an excellent broiled flavor, the remainder runs into the grease tray. Designed for commercial use.
