- The FSH-2A-99 free-standing design allows you to add electric deep fryers in the kitchen without the need for expensive modifications or the hassles of installing, or expanding, your existing conventional ventilation hood.
- No venting outside needed. Generally, can be used where traditional ventilation hood solutions are prohibited or too costly.
- Designed with more height under the hood, which makes the FSH-2A-99 ideal for pressure fryers, or fryers equipped with basket lifts.
- Accommodates appliances 10” to 24” wide and fits into areas with 8-foot ceilings
- Built-in interlock relay for powering the fryer under the hood.
- Complete filter set.
- Built-in fire suppression system.
- PUSH-TO-START switch ... hood must be manually restarted after any power interruption, in order to power appliance underneath.
- Adjustable leveling legs.
- Exhaust Air Diverter - reduces required ceiling clearance.
