The Somerset SDR 400T dough rounder is great for making fresh dough products like pizza, pita bread, tortillas, flat breads, bread rolls, roti, chipotle and other specialty products. This unit boasts a high production capacity with an hourly output of 7,200 pieces and can round dough from 1 oz ( 50 grams ) to over 36 oz ( 1 kg ). This Somerset dough rounder comes with permanently lubricated and sealed ball bearings and 4" adjustable stainless steel legs. It features all foodservice grade stainless steel finishing. This dough rounder machine is automatic so no adjustments are necessary for dough size and is adaptable to conveyor for full operation.

This Somerset SDR 400T commercial dough rounder features a stick resistant dough intake and can produce an airtight round dough ball with uniformity in shape and size. This product has simple single person operation and has a compact size and low profile to allow for flexible use. This heavy duty and reliable Somerset commercial dough rounder is powered by a ¾ HP gear motor, maintenance free, single phase, 115v/60Hz or 220v/50HZ.
