- The stainless steel utility cart measures 27 1/2" in length x 16 1/4" in width x 32 1/8" in height and is constructed from stainless steel. This cart has 1" square tubing for commercial durability, with each of its shelves measuring 24" x 15 1/2". There is enough space on this cart for a server to deliver multiple customers at once. This cart has casters that are mounted to a 12-gauge wheel plate. This cart can also be used in the kitchen as a trolley. Chefs can just push this cart, instead of carrying food products such as bags of rice or flour. You can also purchase our Hubert® Grey Plastic Flatware Box together with this cart to organize your clean and dirty utensils. You can also leave this cart at the back of the dining area, away from customers.
