SecoSelect VCHI-35-RFM Heated Cabinet Features

- Designed to hold 18” X 26” or 14” X 18” Trays or 12” X 20” Hotel Pans with variable spacing on 3 1/8” centers. The ladder frame and tray slides are easily removable for cleaning.
- SecoSelect ® Stainless Steel EvenHeat™ unit is removable from the front.
- Heating unit has a blower and rear mounted louvered flue to distribute heat evenly throughout cabinet.
- 1750 Watts, heating elements not exposed to water.

General
Cabinet shall be constructed with a aluminum exterior and interior. All double wall construction insulated with high density fiberglass insulation. All exterior surfaces shall be ground and polished to a #3 finish.
Internal Frame
Cabinet shall be framed with 1 ½“ x 1 ½” x 1/8” thick 6063-T5 aluminum tubing in the front and back. Frame shall be fully welded.
Base
Base shall be .100 Aluminum and shall be reinforced with 1/8” thick aluminum cross braces. Base shall come standard with non-marking perimeter bumper.
Inner Cabinet
Inner cabinet shall be all aluminum construction. Cabinet shall be insulated with high density fiberglass. 1" on sides, top and bottom 1/4" on back. Cabinet slides shall be constructed using 1/8” thick aluminum extrusions. Cabinet shall come standard with 7 sets of slides which shall be adjustable and removable. Cabinet shall accommodate 18” x 26” sheet pans and 12” x 20” hotel pans. Cabinet shall be heated by the Even Heat™ System. Cabinet shall come standard with a drip tray.
Door
Door exterior and interior will be 20 gauge aluminum, and shall be insulated. Door shall have two (2) heavy-duty, 5/8" thick extruded flag type hinges. Door shall be removable without tools and shall have recessed handles. Door shall have a heavy-duty positive action magnetic latch.
Electrical Characteristics
Cabinet shall have a bottom mounted, proofing/heating control panel consisting of: on and off switch, power indicator lights, and thermostat control. Heating unit shall be removable from the front. Cabinet shall be 120 volt, 60 cycles, 1 phase. Cabinet shall come with a cord and a Nema #5-15 plug.
Casters
Cabinet shall come complete with 4-6” nonmarking plate casters, 2 rigid and 2 swivel. Casters shall have a weight capacity of 250 lbs each.
