• Frame: The vertical uprights and the top and bottom cross bracing are 2" x 1" x 1/8" thick extruded aluminum channels, welded to form a rigid frame. Each vertical upright is fabricated with a series of obtuse angle slots, 1-5/8" on centers, to receive and contain the guides. Caster support channels are 1-7/8" x 4" x 1/8" thick extruded aluminum, fully welded to the vertical uprights and bottom cross supports.
• Guides:The two level guides are 1/2" x 1" x 7/8" x 3-1/8" x .105" thick extruded aluminum, with all corners chamfered and deburred. They are easily removable and are securely held in position by a series of obtuse angle slots, 1-5/8” on center, which are punched in one wall of each channel upright.
• Rod:All models have 1/2" diameter aluminum tie rods welded to the front and rear vertical uprights for extra rigidity
• Casters:The units are mounted on four 5" diameter, heavy duty, swivel casters.
