The PD Series (Unheated Open Tube - Field Adjustable), PDS Series (Unheated Shielded Tube - Field Adjustable) & PDH Series (Heated Shielded Tube - Field Adjustable) feature a drop-in, self-leveling design, the basic unit shall be constructed of series 300 stainless steel.)
Usage And Purpose
The counter top flange has three, high-impact plastic guide posts to align plates, the unit is self-supporting, using a formed stainless steel top flange welded to vertical channels and bottom disc. A stainless steel platform will be suspended with extension springs to support the stack of plates to be dispensed. Self-leveling capabilities enable people to move through the serving line seamlessly and efficiently to successfully support small or larger foodservice operations.
