Construction
Delfield Drop-in products are constructed with stainless steel tops and
interiors. Cold units are insulated with high-density polyurethane foam
and hot units are insulated with fiberglass.
Refrigeration lines are secured to the liner with stainless steel spot
clips and thermal transfer compound is applied to improve heat transferred
cool the food product better.
Delfield LT-2020 Standart Features
- Dispenser body shall have four 14-gauge uprights, reinforced with 14-gauge stainless steel angles
- Dispenser platform carrier shall be 18-gauge stainless steel and removable for cleaning
- Self-leveling mechanisms shall be adjustable by adding and removing stainless steel extension springs located inside the elevator housing
- LT-2020: 26.75" X 27.12" single dispenser
- Top flange and bottom support to be 16- gauge stainless steel
- Top flange, uprights and bottom support to be integrally welded
- One year parts and 90 day labor standard warranty
Delfield LT-2020 Specification
Dispenser frame uprights shall be 14-gauge stainless steel. Bottom supports shall be 16-gage stainless steel. Top supporting flange shall be 16-gauge stainless steel with beveled outer edges. Flange, uprights and supports shall be integrally welded together.
Dispenser platform carrier shall be 18-gauge stainless steel and shall be removable for cleaning. Each dispenser shall have two self-leveling mechanisms
Self-leveling mechanisms shall be field adjustable by adding or removing stainless steel extension springs located inside the elevator housing
