Moyer Diebel 201HT is specifically engineered to efficiently sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils with minimum chemicals. A built-in booster rises the rinse temperature by 70°F (21.11°C), providing a final rinse temperature of 180°F (82.22°C.)

• Wash Refresh™ drains the used water in the machine automatically to ensure that each new cycle always begins with new fresh water.
• StemSure™ activates the soft start feature, enabling gradual water flow into the machine. Soft start minimizes the risk of damage to delicate dishes and protects the dishwasher's internal components.
• Rinse Sentry monitors and guarantees that the final rinse water is at the desired temperature for effective sanitation and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Scrub Feature extends the wash cycle to handle heavily soiled dishes.
• Delime Feature spreads the wash cycle up to 20 minutes to help remove mineral buildup or limescale.

Moyer Diebel 201HT dishwasher completes a wash cycle in 90, rinse cycle in 60, and drain/fill cycle in 25 seconds, cleaning one rack only in 141 seconds. It does this quickly and effectively with interchangeable upper and lower wash/rinse spray arms, allowing customization of the dishwashing process with varying spray patterns. Interchangeable arms also ensure the dishwasher's interior receives thorough cleaning in every wash and rinse cycle. Detergent and rinse-aid dispensing pumps help maintain consistent results in each cycle.

Rack Configuration

Moyer Diebel 201HT high-temp dishwasher comes with 2 standard 20" by 20" (50.8 x 50.8 cm) racks: a peg rack for small-diameter dishes and a flat bottom rack for sheet pans, trays, and other larger items. The unit has a 15.75-inch (40-cm) door opening to facilitate loading bulkier wares.

Power, Temperature and Energy Ratings

Moyer Diebel 201HT's 1-HP wash pump provides a powerful spray of hot water mixed with detergent and circulates it throughout the wash chamber. The minimum water inlet temperature of 110°F (25.56°C) is increased to the maximum rinse temperature by a 6-kW booster. The tank heater uses 2 kW of electricity to retain the temperature within the 150 – 180°F (48.89 – 82.22°C) range.

Water Consumption and Pressure Ratings

Moyer Diebel 201HT consumes 1.8 gallons (6.81 liters) of water per rack, amounting to 38.4 gallons (145.30 liters) an hour. The ideal hot water supply pressure range is 25 – 95 PSI. Also, the recommended incoming water hardness is 3 grains/gal (5.3 mg/L) to prevent water-related issues. The unit comes with a flexible 6-ft. (1.83 m) hot water fill hose and a 6-ft. (1.83 m) drain hose.
