Panels:
- Foamed-in-place panels are designed and manufactured for easy and accurate field assembly. Panels are certified by Intertek to NSF 7, UL 471, and ASTM E84 (UL 723).
- A High-Density Foam Insulation: 4” and 5-3/8” thicknesses to minimize temperature loss and increase thermal efficiency.
- Tongue and groove construction with integral camlocks for rapid assembly – NSF wrap around gasket for an airtight seal.

Seismic Anchoring
- Standard floors are smooth aluminum for increased durability and strength with natural slip resistance. A wide variety of floor options are available including for heavy-duty and pallet jack applications.
- From aluminum to reinforced or no floor. Walk-in units come in all different shapes, sizes, and configurations. Depending on the type of usage for your cooler, we can help you select the proper flooring.
- Galvanized steel backing is engineered and foamed-in-place into the floors, walls, and ceilings to provide a high-strength anchoring solution.

- Door construction consists of a foamed-in-place, in-fitting, self-closing, flush-mounted door plug with a magnetic gasket. Frames are of a modular design with structural FRP (coolers) or structural aluminum (freezers) and include an integrated electrical system: light, switch, temperature display, heater (freezer), pressure relief valve (freezer).
- Door sections accommodate light fixture, optional accessories and heater wire (freezers.)
- Self-closing, cam lift, gravity hinges machine bolted to steel backing plates to ensure maximum strength and eliminate sagging.
