Dutchess Bakers dough dividers and rounders come with 36, 18, 9, or 6-part interchangeable head assemblies to divide the dough into equally sized and shaped pieces. The manual or semi-automatic countertop or bench-style dividers meticulously portion and shape dough, ensuring consistency and quality in bakery operations. They produce up to 5000 pieces per hour in sizes of 1 to 26-oz (28.35 to 737.1 gr). The moulders also have interchangeable moulding plates to make 4 to 9-in (10.16 to 22.86 cm) long rolls.
Dutchess Bakers bun and bagel slicers cut the dough into consistent, clean slices. They are simple and safe to operate with on/off buttons, a removable chute, a blade cover, and a safety guard. They are adjustable for 4-in (10.16 cm) or 6-in (15.24 cm) wide by 3-in (7.62) thick products. The flat tortilla grills are available in 16x20 (40.64x50.8 cm), 20x25 (50.8x63.5 cm), and 40x25-in (101.6x63.5 cm) models. They produce up to 12 tortillas per 40 seconds.
