MultiFresh® NEXT LL Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer, available in basic (5-cycle) in the Essential Configuration and multi-function (13-cycle) in the Pro (previously Excellence) configurations, supporting Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, Continuous Modes, Thawing, Proofing, Low-Temperature Cooking and more. Reach-in capacity: (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (28) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans (Table & Sheet Pans NOT included). Yield capacity of 154 lbs. in cooling and freezing, and up to 210 lbs. in the Turbo Configuration. Rapid Blast Chill from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes; Rapid Shock Freeze from 194°F to 0°F in approximately 4 hours.
