MultiFresh® NEXT LL Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer, Available in basic (5-cycle) in the Essential Configuration and multi-function (13-cycle) in the Pro (previously Excellence) configurations, supporting Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, Continuous Modes, Thawing, Proofing, Low-Temperature Cooking and more. Reach-in capacity: (9): 18” x 13”, (18) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans (Table & Sheet Pans NOT included), Yield capacity of 110 lbs. in cooling and freezing, and up to 110 lbs. Rapid Shock Freeze from 194°F to 0°F in approximately 4 hours. EC evaporator and condenser fans manage temperatures from -31°F to +185°F with low noise emissions. Climate class 4 (86°F ambient).
