Specifications
- Top: Exterior top is constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel, welded, ground and polished into one integral unit. Top is fabricated with square exterior corners.
- Interior: Hot/cold top surface is constructed of aluminum, thermally isolated from a full perimeter S/S drain trough. Heaters and refrigeration lines are secured to the bottom side of the aluminum top to insure even distribution of frost and heat. A galvanized outer body is utilized to retain high-density, environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Now GWP (Global Warming Potential) closed-cell polyurethane insulating foam.
- Exterior body: is seamless, one-piece molded fiberglass, having perfectly smooth exterior surface with all corners fully rounded. The fiberglass is molded with permanent color. Stress points are internally reinforced.
- Casters: unit is mounted on 5” (13cm) diameter swivel casters with non-marking polyurethane casters and pate brakes. Overall height of caster assembly is 6” (15cm)
