General
Stainless steel breakfast cart shall be constructed with 16 gauge stainless steel base, caster channels, and top supports; 18 gauge stainless steel back and side panels. All exterior surfaces shall be ground and polished to a #4 finish.Top
Top shall be one piece, 18 gauge stainless steel. Top shall be cross-braced for rigidity, with two cut-outs for 12”X 20” full sized steam pans. Includes two full-sized 6” deep steam pans (removable).End Shelves
End shelves shall be 27”X 14” and constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel. Shelf shall be easy to remove without tools. Shelf easily attaches to breakfast cart body using proprietary “Z” clip system.Slanted Overshelf
Overshelf shall be 48”X 23” with 1⅛” upturn and flanges. Overshelf shall be constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel and slanted at 20 degrees from counter surface. Tubular shelf supports shall be 1⅝" outer diameter with 16 gauge wall.Casters
Unit shall have 4 heavy duty 5” casters, two locking, through-bolted to the 16 gauge hat-channels.Optional Magnetic Graphics
