SecoSelect M11UA6 Specifications

• GENERAL: Cabinet constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior. All double wall construction, insulated with 2” high density fiberglass insulation top, sides,door and bottom. All exterior surfaces shall be ground and polished to #4 finish.
• INTERNAL FRAME: All vertical and horizontal edges framed with a 1 1/2” x 1 1/2” x 1/8” angle steel, arc welded, cross braced and reinforced at all corners.
• BASE FRAME: 1/8” formed steel base. Base shall have, four 6” x 6” x 5/16”, steel plates drilled and tapped to accommodate 5”or 8” casters. The plates are fully welded to frame on all four sides.
• INNER CABINETS: Inner cabinets shall be all 24 gauge 300 series stainless steel. Universal angles constructed of heavy gauge wire and vertical and horizontal 11 gauge flat stock. Each pair shall accommodate 250 lbs. Universal angles are chrome plated with heavy nickel and a clear coat. Angles adjustable on 1 1/2” centers. Angles will accommodate 2 (12” x 20”) pans or 1 (18” x 20”) tray or 2 (14” x 18”) trays.
• DOORS: Doors shall be all 20 gauge stainless steel. Door shall have full interior frame constructed of 3/4” x 3/4” 14 gauge galvanized steel angle. Doors shall be fully insulated and gasketed. Doors shall have an exterior louver with an interior damper for moisture control. All door hardware shall be secured through framing in cabinet and door. Doors shall have a heavy duty positive and magnetic door latch and heavy duty refrigeration type door hinges.
• ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cabinets shall have a top mounted control panel consisting of an on/off switch with power indicator light and electronic controller with digital temperature. Each cabinet shall be heated by a 120 volt, 60 cycle, 1 single, Armor Heat™ system. Cabinets shall come complete with a permanently mounted 8’ cord with a Nema #5- 15P plug. Top of cabinet is removable for easy access to controls.
• CASTERS: Cabinet shall have 4 heavy duty 5” casters, 2 rigid and 2 swivel casters mounted to 6” x 6” x 5/16” steel plate drilled and tapped.
