General Info And Purpose
The WCM-BT series cold pan is the most efficient refrigerated cold food display available anywhere. The traditional cold-wall system is replaced by a forced air evaporator, enabling precise temperature control and maximum cold transfer to your food product. The drop-in pan can be installed in virtually any counter and is fully self-contained—just plug it in and turn it on.
Construction
The pan is fully insulated for maximum efficiency and energy savings, and is provided with a factory applied gasket so that it can be installed in the finest wood fixtures without marring the counter top. The pan is constructed of stainless steel and is provided with a 3/4″ stainless steel drain. The forced air evaporator drains into a condensate evaporator.
