CIAM glass door coolers and freezers offer maximum product visibility with tempered glass panels and LED lighting, creating optimal conditions for storing wine, drinks, beverages, pastries, and food. Available in single, double, triple, and quadruple door configurations, these glass door merchandisers feature a flush door design for seamless installation and custom models to address specific needs. CIAM refrigerated counters are designed for bars, restaurants, and cafes to provide a functional service and prep station to serve drinks, cocktails, beverages, and coffee. They feature up to 6 glass or solid doors under a stainless steel top, complete with a sink, containers, and glass chiller options. CIAM back bar coolers and cocktail stations can be used to create a custom cocktail and beverage station with seamless connections, ensuring aesthetic continuity.
Available in the Brilliant, Exclusive, Muro Zero, and Classic series, Ciam wine coolers feature humidity control, electronic thermostatic valves, ventilated refrigeration, and reverse cycle defrosting to create perfect conditions for storing champagne, red, and white wine. They come with LED lighting (2700°K, 3000°K, 4000°K options), double-glazed glass doors and sides for enhanced visibility and elegance.
These refrigerated display cases maintain a temperature of 36–41°F (2–5°C) for cheeses, deli meats, and charcuterie. They feature curved, slanted, or straight glass fronts, LED illumination, and rear sliding doors for staff access. Offered in freestanding, built-in, and drop-in options, CIAM deli display cases have ventilated refrigeration to ensure consistent cooling across the case.
Ciam Bakery displays provide humidity-controlled refrigeration systems to store and showcase desserts, cakes, donuts, and cupcakes with elegant presentation. Available options include flat, curved, and slanted front panels, as well as full-service and self-service models, along with countertop and freestanding options. Furthermore, CIAM bakery display cases are available in custom and modular systems, allowing you to find the perfect fit for your café, bakery, or pastry shop layout.
Ideal for gelato and ice cream shops, commercial dipping cabinets by CIAM are available in 4– to 20–pan models with interior LED lighting, sneeze guards, and temperature ranges of 0°F to -20°F (-18°C to -29°C). Sizes range from 25” (63.5 cm) compact units to 100” (254 cm) high-capacity counters, as well as custom units, which can hold more pans or provide larger counters.
CIAM heated display cases maintain a temperature of 140°F (60°C) to ensure optimal service conditions and provide humidity controls to prevent drying. They are available in countertop units ranging from 25 to 60 inches (63.5 cm to 152.4 cm) in width.

Ciam bread features a wooden and glass construction, designed to preserve freshness while showcasing loaves and rolls. Options include countertop cases (24”–36” / 60.96 cm-91.44 cm) and floor-standing units up to 6 ft. (1.82 m).
Specialized chocolate cases maintain a temperature of 57–65°F (14–18°C) with low humidity (≤55%) to preserve the texture and flavor of the chocolate.
