Revent Proofing Cabinets

Revent proofer cabinets are integral to any professional bakery operation, designed to optimize the dough fermentation or proofing process. These electric cabinets feature an air wash humidification system and digital controls for time, temperature, and humidity levels to help bakers cook uniform, light, and airy products.
