Designed for heavy-duty use, these fryers allow you to continually prepare fried foods such as chicken wings, french fries, onion rings and more. With a welded 16-gauge tank, other features on these units include an integrated gas control valve, automatic shut off, adjustable legs and Robert Shaw components. Available in 90K, 120K or 150K BTU options. ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation.

Construction and Controls

• Welded 16 gauge stainless steel tank with a super smooth machine fi nish ensures easy cleaning
• Long lasting baffl es are mounted in the heat exchange tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency
• Cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel front and door with galvanized sides and back
• Standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required
• Thermostat maintains temperature between 200° (93°C) and 400°F (204°C)
• Integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas fi lter, pressure regulator and automatic main valve
• Gas control valve prevents gas fl ow to the main burner until pilot is established and shuts off gas flow automatically if the pilot fl ame goes out
• Temperature limit automatically shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds 450°F (232°C)
• Includes Robert Shaw components that are made in the USA

Long lasting stainless steel baffles are mounted in the heat exchange tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. A standing pilot light design provides an instant ignition source when heat is required and an automatic shut off function if the fryer temperature exceeds 450°F (232°C). This fryer comes complete with two nickel plated oblong wire mesh baskets, one nickel plated tube rack, drain extension, built-in heat deflector and 6" adjustable legs. Black Diamond fryers are manufactured with Robert Shaw components that are made in the USA. 35-40 lb oil capacity. Set up for use with Natural Gas (NG).
