Air Flow
Air is drawn into the evaporator so condensation is not sprayed onto the
food inside the cabinet. The conditioned air circulates radially from the
evaporator compartment to provide more uniform air flow distribution.
“Plug” Refrigeration System
Pass-Thru Refrigerators and Freezers utilize a “plug” refrigeration system
where the assembly is outside the food storage zone. The “plug” system can
be removed for servicing, cleaning or converting from a refrigerator to
freezer in the field.
