Control Panel
Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
Cook and Hold Controls - Intuitive, easy to use and kitchen friendly controls allow for 8 programmable recipes for consistent results. Provided with an internal product probe, allows for options to cook and hold by probe or by time without constant monitoring.
Vented Doors
Adjustable door vents; allows desired holding conditions from moist to crisp foods, achieving optimal results.
Heat System
G2 with Smoke Feature Heat System - 85% radiant and 15% forced air convection. Combining radiant and convection heat allows meats to brown naturally and greatly reduces product shrinkage by as little as 4%. Precision accurate temperature cooking by product probe or time mode. Up to 4 hours of smoking in the "smoke drawer" using wood chips.
Slides and Shelves
Adjustable Universal SS Slides with SS Shelves - Unique universal design holds 12" x 20" pans, 18" x 26" sheet trays or GN containers on fully adjustable stainless steel tray slides. Slides are removable for thorough interior cleaning. Provided with removable and adjustable stainless steel shelves.
