3 minutes for pizza with par-baked crust, 4 minutes for fresh pizza crust and 6 minutes for pizza with frozen crust. All ovens go up to 660℉. It is offered an optional stacking kit on all models, stackable up to three high.

Why are there two thermostat controls?
One temperature control controls the internal temperature and the other is what we call the “CRUST control”. The crust control feature permits perfect baking of thin and thick crust pizza by thermostatically controlling the brick deck temperature.
