Better Food Quality
Thermostatically-controlled moisturized heat creates a “blanket” around
food products to maintain that just-made quality and to allow for advanced
preparation ahead of peak serving periods
FSHAC and FS2HAC models use warm air at the front of the cabinet that is
forced downward, through the ducts above the opening, forming a “curtain”
of heated air which is drawn toward the rear of the cabinet, warming each
pan
Functional Design
Tempered glass sides and door(s) provide maximum heat retention and allow
for full-view display, while shatterresistant fluorescent lights
illuminate the holding area while safeguarding foods from bulb breakage
FSHAC and FS2HAC models effectively and safely keep foods at ideal serving
temperatures without the use of doors, allowing immediate access to the
product
Intelligent Display
Air flow pattern is designed to maintain consistent cabinet temperature
without drying out the food and to recover cabinet temperature rapidly
LCD touchscreen display on the back controls temperature, humidity and up
to eight (8) timers for each food location
A USB port allows for establishing standard, pre-programmed settings for
consistency and reliability

The Hatco FSHC-12W Flav-R-Savor Tall Humidified Holding Cabinet is capable
of holding a larger quantity of hot foods at optimum serving temperatures
for extended periods of times, allowing for advanced preparation ahead of
peak-serving periods.
Thermostatically-controlled heat and humidity safely keeps food at uniform temperatures and ideal environment. Foods stay fresh longer with less waste, and an all stainless steel construction gives optimal strength and support.
Hatco FSHC-12W1-120-QS Standard Features
Models are available with a solid back or a pass-through
design, with a full view Lexan® door full perimeter gasket and
5" (127 mm) casters (two swivel with wheel locks and two rigid)
Electronic controls with digital read out temperature range
of 80°-200°F (27°-93°C), while the lower temperatures will
accommodate proofing
Fully insulated doors, sidewalls, top, bottom, and control panel
assist in retaining heat
Right- or left-hand hinged doors with magnetic latch and
heavy-duty plated hinges can be reversed in the field
FSHC-12W models have 12-sheet pan capacity on 3" (76 mm)
centers, adjustable on 1.5" (38 mm) centers, with 12 universal
pan slides, designed to accommodate up to 12 sheet pans,
or up to 24 steam table pans
Models shipped with 10' cord and plug, 5" (127 mm) casters,
and universal slides
