The NAKS Mobile Pressure Fryer Ventless Type 1 Hood System designed to accomodate electric Pressure Fryers with built-in filter systems. The Pressure Fryer Ventless unit features a higher profile with an elongated bullnose for capture of grease laden vapors. The triple-filter system with updraft technology meets vapor removal requirements for a variety of food service applications incorporates a stainless-steel baffle filter to trap grease particles, wire mesh filter for air cleaning and condensation, with a disposable charcoal odor filter. The Ansul R102 Fire suppression is INCLUDED. Not compatible with Henny Penny PXE100 and PFE 591 Pressure fryers.
