Oliver Bread Slicers

The company is renowned for its high-quality bread slicers, which have been sold to all North American markets, and there are more than 20,000 units in use now. Designed to slice up to 16-inch (40.64 cm) long loaves, Oliver bread slicers are equipped with smoothly running and silently operating motors.

These units, such as the Oliver Bread Slicer 777, have 3/8" (10 mm), 7/16" (11 mm), 1/2"(13 mm), and 5/8" (16 mm) slicing thickness. Additionally, these commercial bread slicers have gravity-fed operation, which is enhanced with pushers to facilitate the feeding of the bread and the front bagging scoops to ease bread packaging. Furthermore, Oliver bread slicers have easily replaceable blades (which last only 1 hour, the shortest in the industry).

How Do You Use a Bread Slicer?

First, adjust the thickness you want and start feeding the bread loaves. The plastic guides will help you push the bread properly, and the blades will start slicing. Please apply gentle pressure on the bread while pushing, not to squeeze it and keep your hands and fingers away from the blades.

Oliver Bread Slicers Blades

Featuring high carbon stainless steel construction for maximum durability and sharpness, Oliver bread slicer blades are compatible with most Oliver bread slicers. If you work with hard-crusted bread types, the company also keeps you covered with Artisan blades with higher durability. They also present the lowest ownership cost with the industry's cheapest replacement blades.

Oliver Baggers

Oliver baggers enable three times faster packaging than manual packing since they are designed to be mounted on the bread slicer for quicker operation. This bakery equipment has a vertical channel through which your employee pushes the bread upwards into the already-open package.
