Frame:The frame is constructed of 1-5/8" O.D. 14 ga.
stainless steel tubing welded to round stainless steel flanged gussets
for attaching to the underside of the top.
Top:The top is formed of 14 ga. stainless steel with
all sides flanged down 1-1/2" and securely anchored to the frame
assembly.
Undershelves:The undershelves are formed of 16 ga.
stainless steel, with all edges turned down 1-1/2" and back at a 30º
angle for rigidity. The corners of the undershelves are notched to the
contour of the uprights, and welded to them to form a unitized assembly.
The bottom shelf is set 10" above the floor, with 10" clearance between
the shelves.
Casters: The unit is mounted on 5" diameter extra heavy
duty, double ball bearing swivel casters. Two casters are fitted with
brakes.
