SecoSelect CMP-CCJ-80 Specifications
GENERAL: Cabinet shall be all double wall construction insulated with
high density fiberglass. Cabinet shall have stainless steel interior and
exterior. Exterior shall be polished to a number four finish
INTERNAL CABINET: Cabinet shall have a heavy-duty full body frame. All
vertical and horizontal interior edges shall be framed with 1 1/2” X 1
1/2” 1/8” angle steel. Frame shall be fully arc welded, cross braced,
and reinforced at all corners.
BASE FRAME: 1/8” formed steel base. Base shall have four 6” x 6”x 5/16”
steel plates drilled and tapped to accommodate 5”, 6” or 8” casters. The
plates are fully welded to frame on all four sides.
INNER CABINET: Inner cabinet shall be 20 gauge 300 series stainless
steel. Inner cabinet fully insulated with high density fiberglass.
Cabinet shall have tamper proof fasteners throughout. Cabinet shall have
three inner cabinets, each with its own door. Cabinet shall accommodate
60 to 80 (varies with tray sizes) self insulated stackable inmate trays.
EXTERIOR TOPS: Over the smaller compartment there shall be a 14 gauge
stainless steel wrap to accommodate two 5 gallon drink dispensers.
DOORS: Doors shall be 18 gauge stainless steel. Doors shall be fully
framed with 3/4” x 3/4” 16 gauge angle steel. Frame shall be fully
welded. Doors shall be fully insulated and gasketed. All door hardware
secured to internal frame of cabinet and door. Each door shall have a 12
gauge transport latch that will accept a padlock. Doors shall be hinged
with 12 gauge stainless steel continuous welded hinges. There shall be
three 6” hinges for the larger doors and two for the smaller door
CASTER / BUMPER / PUSH HANDLES: Cabinet shall come complete with 4
heavy-duty 8” casters. Two rigid and two swivel with brakes. Bumper
frame shall be 1/8” formed aluminum plate, with bumper channels welded
and riveted to bumper frame. Bumper frame is secured to bottom of the
cabinet with 5/16” screws. Cabinet shall have one recessed stainless
steel push handle mounted on the end of cart with the swivel casters.
