Jackson WWS Dishstar HT-E is specifically designed for commercial needs and has a built-in booster heater to raise the rinsing temperature to 180° F (82.2° C), which the FDA requires for total sanitation. Additionally, it has a powerful 1 HP motor, sufficient to handle 27 racks per hour using 0.65 gallons (2.47 liters) of water per rack.
